Erika Kirk has spoken publicly about her husband on numerous occasions following his death in September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The mom-of-two has given numerous interviews following the death of her husband, in which she has been very candid about the moment she found out Kirk had been shot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking about her grief, she\u00a0said: \u201cOne day you\u2019re collapsed on the floor crying out the name Jesus in between labored breaths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe next you\u2019re playing with your children in the living room, surrounded by family photos, and feeling a rush of something you can only attempt to define as divinely planted and bittersweet joy as a smile breaks through on your face.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the interview, Erika also made a devastating confession about extending their family, and the one wish she had when Kirk died.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She\u00a0revealed: \u201cWe were really excited to just expand our family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe wanted to have four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnd I was praying to God that I was pregnant when he got murdered\u2026 I was like, \u2018Oh goodness, that would be the ultimate blessing out of this catastrophe.’\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
