Apple Pecan Cake With Caramel Glaze

Caramel Apple Cake is a taste of fall in an easy dessert, filled with fall spice and stuff. I’m sure will love it.,

Ingredients

1½ cups of cooking oil2 cups sugar4 Eggs3 cups of flour1 tsp baking soda½ tsp cinnamon1 tsp salt2 tsp vanilla3½ cups Granny Smith apples1 cup of chopped pecansCaramel Glaze¾ cups butter1 cup light brown sugar¼ cup milk

Directions

Step1

In a large mixing bowl, add oil, sugar and eggs, mix until nice and creamy. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to large bowl. Mix well. Add vanilla, mix well. Stir in apples and pecans.
